The TLP Institute offers you a variety of ways to help
you to attain your dreams. We have a nationwide network
of experienced coaches who are available to be your
personal life coach. This way you can experience the one
on one coaching that many people need. We also
have a cutting edge Online Coaching Course that you can
experience in the comfort of your own home. This is a
15-module course that you can do at your own pace. We
offer 3-5 day retreats, for corporations or small
groups. We also have a series of ongoing workshops that
target various areas that may challenge. If you visit
our home base in Maui, we have one-day activities so
that you can experience. You enjoy the esthetic beauty
Maui offers, and experience the soulful meaning of aloha
with our self-exploration activities.

the Franchisees of Maui'd Forever
We have recently
changed our focus: We are now exclusively dedicated to
coaching the franchisees of Maui'd Forever.
Maui’d Forever was
founded by Mark Steffan in 2002. Mark moved to Maui,
retired after a 19 year stockbroker career, started the
Total Life Planning Institute, a life and business
coaching company and eventually a wedding planning
company, Maui’d Forever. A few years later Mark took on
a partner, Bill Armstrong in order to help grow the
business.
Founded on Maui, Maui’d Forever saw opportunities on the
other Hawaiian Islands. Many of his potential wedding
clients told him they may go to another Island instead.
Others inquired about a Hawaiian wedding not knowing
anything about Hawaii and needed advice. This
realization prompted Maui’d Forever to offer their
services on all the Hawaiian Islands. This action is how
Maui’d Forever first franchised their concept.
Maui’d Forever founder, Mark Steffan has a grand vision
of creating the first recognized name in wedding
planning services. Having a network of hundreds or
thousands of Maui’d Forever franchises will have many
benefits. Economies of scale will show our brand to more
potential brides and grooms with cost effective
advertising. Referrals from happy customers and from
other franchise units will have the potential for the
type of business most smaller operations would envy.
