The seminars provide the kind of training that would help clients stay ahead of the competition by being strategically prepared, alert to necessary changes and equipped to make sound decisions in times of uncertainty.

Thinking, decision-making, evaluation and forming strategies in the 21st century shifted dramatically from even the previous decade. Very often the presence or absence of this mental capital makes the difference between success and failure of an organization.

We believe the strength of an organization is largely determined by the mental and emotional capital of its work force as well as its strategic thinking capacity. It is these resources which enable an organization to perform optimally under pressure, at times of shifting paradigms.

The three programs listed below are available at any of the marvelous retreat centers listed in this directory. The thinking coach is also available to address larger corporate programs at most Hawaii resort hotels.

Overview & objective

This is a unique, cutting edge program that tackles the problem of stress at depth and provides an innovative and creative solution that does not wear out with time!.

The questions that this seminar addresses are core questions that affect the lives of executives in the 21st century: As performers that perform daily in their “theatre stage” of business, how well are we able to cope with ever increasing demands and pressures? How can we better access our skills and talents and operate on significantly higher efficiency levels? How to maximize our versatility and multi-functionality to deal with multi-tasking?

The direct effects of this seminar are increased versatility, self motivation, enhanced energy levels and discovery of new capabilities.

The long term effects are coping ability with stress, increased efficiency and productivity.
