What can you do to begin to have this ultimate scenario? List the
changes you can begin today.
If you don't exercise at least 3 times a week, where can you fit this
into your schedule?
Do you consume too man junk foods, drink too much alcohol (more than
2-3 a night), watch more than 3-4 hours of TV and find you are very
sedentary? What can you do to change this? Please describe.
Now that you are facing the obstacles in your life, how do you feel?
Can you see a mind set change? Remember you must implement these
things everyday in order for them to work.
TODAY I want you to add one healthy food per day to your diet this
week. Remove some form of junk food in its place.
For the weeks to follow, I want you to continue to add healthy food to
your diet, eventually limiting all forms of junk food.
For this week, I want you to exercise 3 times. I want it to be fun for
you, so make it FUN! Be creative. If you already exercise regularly please continue and if its right, increase your level of
participation. If you are foreign to exercise, be sure to start slowly. For example start walking 15 minutes three times per week.
As you feel better add more. Increase the tempo. |
