Today I want you to get a planner and organize it with daily sheets. Prioritize your day today.
For this week, I want you to schedule each event in your calendar that you deem important, and allot
the time you think you will spend on that event. Even make space for TV, exercise and meals.
For this week, I want you to pencil in time for yourself, and complete it as a task. I want you to
look at all the obligations you have that keep you from time for yourself, and put an end to these things that are not in your best
interest for time management. |
