Please answer the following questions. You can either print this page or you can enter the
information into your personal journal.
Looking at the things you have analyzed so far, can you correlate what was working in the past with
what is working now? (I.e. career, relationship, home, health, friends)
Can you correlate what was NOT working in the past as the same things that are NOT working now?
Write those things down. (i.e. career, relationship, home, health, friends)
How can you break the cycle of what is NOT working and implement what IS working into your life
Create a scenario where you change what is not working and implement a solution.
Can you begin to change TODAY? (Remember you only need to take baby steps) Why or why not?
What areas are you stuck? Please list.
Can you think of solutions to get past being stuck? Please List.
What fear, or anxiety is created when you list where you are stuck and the solution involved in
changing?
Can you see where the fear or anxiety stops you from moving on with your life?
Write a list of everything you fear. Today I want you to go out and do one thing you are afraid
of. Then I want you to write down how that made you feel. I never said that this would be easy, but growing thru our pain is
important. Do not procrastinate.
Tomorrow I want you to go outside and observe life around you. I want you to smile at everyone you
meet and strike up a conversation with someone you have never met before.
This week, I want you to write down 5 people you are holding some sort of resentments towards...
friends, family, employers, and employees. We want you to call someone you have resentment towards and mend the relationship. Yes,
this will be tough, but if you want to move on with your life, you need to move past resentments. They are the cancer of the soul.
Also this week, we want you to begin to change the things that are not working for you, and only do
the things that contribute to your well being. (People, places or things)
