Today I want you to take a break, spend 15-30 minutes in COMPLETE SILENCE. I want you to stop and
look inside yourself. Then I want you to write down how that feels.
Today I want you to put a sacred spot in your home that you can go to and meditate. I don't expect
you to be able to meditate immediately, but you need a jumping off point.
This week, I want you to go to your sacred place and sit. I want you to try and avoid all thoughts
that are going thru your mind and be still. Listen to your inner self. Be still.
This week, I want you to go outside and spend some time somewhere beautiful and quiet. I want you
to take in all that is around you. When you can, I want you to write down all that you saw that you normally overlook. The smallest
things count. A child picking a flower, an old person feeding the birds... whatever it is, observe it and the beauty that surrounds
it. Write it down. This will help you to be more appreciative of all that lives around you. |
