Module # 11 - Play - Introduction

Do you make time to play?  Yes, play!  As adults we are sometimes so busy we forget the simple pleasure of playing.  It is an important part of the cycle of life to play and have fun.  We need to let our hair down, figure our what fun we enjoy and GO FOR IT.  Yes, life does get busy and sometimes we have to schedule fun.  A time to go out and have a good belly laugh.  A time to be a kid and play a game. Or to out and do some sort of sport.  Or walk in nature with a loved one.  Play is essential in coming down and defusing our stress level.  Play helps bring you joy in your life... it is crucial to have all sorts of play in your life.

DO NOT discount this area in your life.  It stimulates endorphins, the little things in your brain that make you happy... It helps balance the adult with the child portion of life.  It keeps you from being too serious.  Playing creates avenues of adventure in your life.

Start playing now and see how you feel... Try it, you'll like it!!!
